Defence Sector: PROJEX experts led a training mission in conflict providing leading edge and best practice leadership, management, decision making training and mental health to senior ranking individuals in a host nation's Armed Forces.

Insurance Sector: To ensure compliance, good risk management and operational rigor, PROJEX subject matter experts in Operational Risk Management (ORM) have been working in the insurance sector, assisting with building capacity and capability in the second line of defence (2LOD).

Government Sector: Due to a shortage of in house capability, PROJEX experts have assisted multiple host nation Governments in writing standards and new ways of working for explosive risk mitigation, as well as practical training on the ground.

Finance Sector: PROJEX experts have led numerous highly complex reform projects centered around Data Regulation, Remediation & Regulatory environments, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Continuity, Integration and Cost/Headcount reduction.

PROJEX reform programmes provide capability and capacity building in critical sectors and activities in peace as well as conflict and post conflict environments. A recent contract was in the heart of the City of London in the insurance sector which is vital for recovery.
